The Airspeed Ascent is an industrial machine that creates a high pressure air cushioning system for consumer shipping needs.

Description of Services:

Engineering – Provided design-for-manufacturing improvements, cost reducing improvements, and design for serviceability improvements.

3D and 2D Modeling – Created fully dimensioned 2D drawings with engineering tolerances to hand off to the US manufacturing partners for over 50 sub-components. Ran interference checks and modified existing 3D models in Solidworks as design evolved. Utilized in-house revision control system for the client.
